Programing Flash AT49BV322

Hi,

I've read data from flash to S19 but when I'm trying to put the data from S19 to flash the software stay stuck on " checking range of S records".

Can you help me ?

What PEmicro hardware interface are you using?

What PEmicro software are you using?

Hi Johnny,

I think my problem is that I'm reading data from the internal memory of the MPC555 and not the external NOR flash.

Can you tell me if there is any algorithm to read and write internal flash data of MPC555.
