Unable to Connect Multilink Universal Rev B to Target (CodeWarrior v11.1 – MK10DN512VLQ10)

I'm encountering an issue while using P&E Multilink Universal Rev B with CodeWarrior v11.1 on Windows 10. The debugger is detected in the "P&E Connection Assistant", but it fails to connect to the target MCU and shows the following error:

"An error occurred while connecting to the interface hardware or target specified in the Launch Configuration Dialog."

System & Setup:
MCU: MK10DN512VLQ10
Debugger: P&E Multilink Universal Rev B
IDE: CodeWarrior v11.1
OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)
Connection: 10-pin JTAG header
Power: Target board is externally powered

Dear Namitha,

Did you see our FAQ 211 that contains a patch to update Codewarrior 11.x for Windows 10 compatibility?

Go to https://www.pemicro.com/faqs/faq_view.cfm?id=211

Then download 'Patch for Eclipse CW10.x'
