By design, our application stores some information in the Windows registry. Can you check if you are logged into an account with administrative privileges? If you are on a domain account, please verify there are no registry restrictions. Also check if you are running any anti-spyware ,anti-virus, or anti-malware programs that might be restricting access to the registry. Please verify these all of these points first and then we can investigate further if necessary.
