I'm using multilink universal FX,the device connect mode is swd. I connect port-B SWD_DIO、SWD_CLK、GND to the device. Keil can detect PE MICRO, but can not connect the device. It's ok when use jlink.

By the way, the device is ARM cortex-M33

Bester,

What microcontroller are you targeting?

How are you providing power to your target board?

-Johnny

The mcu is GD32A503KC. The mcu power is from external, not from multilink.

Bester,

Did you try our latest Keil patch which you can download from this link:
https://www.pemicro.com/blog/index.cfm?post_id=146

Let me know if that helps. If it doesn't, I'll find the board and do some testing to see if I can reproduce the problem.

Can you send us some screenshots of the error message?

-Johnny

I've tried your post, still not work.
This is the error info:
Can't communicate with the target processor! Please check your connections
between the cable and the target and make sure the target has power.

Bester,

There still seems to be some type of communication problem then. Most likely it has something to do with your physical connections, power, or some component on the debug pins.

I think we will need to see a partial schematic of your board showing your MCU <-> debug header connections. Is that possible?

Can you also send us a photo of your Multilink <-> Board connections?

Can you send us a screenshot of your PROGACMP connection screen with your settings?

Do you have a GD32A503KC evaluation board from GigaDevice to test against?

Since this is a public forum, we don't allow file attachments. You will need to create a support ticket to send us the information.
