New Web Site Won't Allow Purchase of CPROG08SZ Licenses

We already have a lot of CPROG08SZ Licenses and would like to buy some more.

There's no "Buy" button on the CPROG08SZ page, and CPROG08SZ doesn't show up in the "My Shopping Cart" list either. How can we buy some more licenses?
