Firmware Update Failed !!

When I try to upload code to the NTM88, it initially starts the firmware update. However, after a few seconds, it shows a message like "Firmware update failed."

Why is this happening? Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

Can you take some pictures of the software environment, the error message popup, and the back label of your PEmicro tool and email them to technical-info@pemicro.com?

Hi Nagaraj,

The tool (DSC-MULTILINK) you are trying to use does not support the HCS08 NTM88 device. You need the USB-ML-UNIVERSAL or USB-ML-UNIVERSAL-FX.
