CABLE16/32 Manual Request

Hello, I need to reprogram a Motorola MC68HC916Y3CFT16 mcu and I need use the CABLE16/32. I know that this interface is obsolete but I would liketo ask if it is possible to have the manual for this device. I need to check th maximum input voltage of the CABLE16/32's VDD pin since the board I need to reprogram output 13V on the VDD BDM PIN. I really hope someone can help me out with this request.

Hi Americo,

The main PLD chip inside the CABLE16/32 is the GAL16V8D-15LJN. Here is the datasheet for it:

The supply voltage range is –0.5 to +7V under Absolute Maximum Ratings
