Use Multilink FX for factory loading of units

  • Is it possible to script the Multilink FX for factory programming of processors?

I'm aware that the Cyclone series exists but we're a small shop and we would prefer to have several Multilink FX and share those between developers and factory.

  • Greetings,

Yes there is! If you have our PROG software already, then read the CPROG documentation in the folder where your PROG is installed. Then use CPROG software to automate programming with multilinks.

If you do not have PROG software, then let me know which chip architecture you are using so I can suggest the right software for you.

    • Thank you for your reply.

We are using NXP MPC5748G, which I guess would be the Qorriva architecture. Which software should we download then?

  • Greetings,

You can purchase a license for PROGPPCNEXUS, which comes with CPROGPPCNEXUS for automating programming of your MPC5748G device:

    • Thank you for your answer.
