  • Our customer bought 3pcs S912ZVLA64F0MFM, used it several times, and now all have the same failure.
    Burning chip: S912ZVLA64F0MFM
    Operating system: Windows 10

    P&E Connection Assitant:
An error occured while connecting to the interface hardware or target specified in the launch Configuration Dialog. For this launch, you may retry/re-specify the connection with the following parameters.

Would you please check the issue, I can't upload the screen shot.

    • Hi Adam,

Which PEMicro interface and also software are you using?

Is their board a new prototype or have they programmed it with PEmicro tools in the past?

  • The customer is using the CodeWarrior programming software and the board for debugging the NXP S12 MCU (the chip on the board is S912ZVLA64F0MFM), so use this "U-MULTILINK-FX" (RS 752-2386) programmer, which can be used several times. I found it unusable later. If it is difficult for the supplier to judge, can I send them for judgment or repair?

    • Hi Adam,

Yes you can send it back to us for analysis. If it is damaged, we will repair or replace it. However there might be a cost if the unit is not under warranty.

When was the device purchased? Are you located in the US or international?
