  • Greetings,

If you are using the cyclone max, please read this manual:

If you are using our cyclone universal hardware, please read this manual:

It is nearly impossible to teach how to use the image creation utility just from text. Our user manual has a quick start guide for you to learn quickly how to create a SAP image.

  • i having user manual . pls tell the procedure for converting this ebs to sap file.

We have done it is failed in programming the Pluto plus controller baords .

Converting eps to sap file is giving suceed .

  • Greetings,

I do not know what an ebs is. Did you mean ABS file?

If you have errors programming using SAP images, you should debug your problem using the PROG for ColdFire found within your cyclone software package. (PROGCFZ). Use this instead and make sure you are able to program correctly then try creating a SAP image.

Things to consider is lowering the debug shift frequency and adding 200ms reset delay.

Can you pls provide the mail id pls .So that i can send you step by step procedure that we can done for converting abs file to sap file.

i have not don lower debug shift frequency and 200 ms reset , will try and come back .

thks very much for your quick reply.

The reason is that old file with abs converting also not working, wheareas
last 1 year we have converted the same abs file is working .we have used the same method for converting for old abs file and new abs file.

  • Greetings,

Instead of email, you can go to Support page -> Support requests to create a support ticket. There you can attach files for review. However please try getting PROGCFZ to work first before opening the ticket because the we are going to ask you to do that anyways.
