Universal Multilink serial programming

  • Good afternoon, I'm using USB Universal Multilink to flash S9KEAZN64 NXP device, with PROGACMP software. My question is if it's possible to flash many devices in sequence without closing and opening PROGACMP at any new device connected. I'm using SWD protocol to connect with devices. At the moment it seems that if I try to flash a device and then a second one without closing and re opening PROGACMP it's not possible. Maybe I'm missing a reset or something similar?Thank you for support.

  • Greetings,

If you connect a new target, you should call the CM command to load the algorithm into the RAM of the chip. Without this you cannot call any other commands. If you are on a production line, using the PROG UI is probably a bad idea. Try looking into using the CPROG software found in the same folder of the PROG ACMP executable and read the CPROG manual to learn how to automate your programming.
