  • hi i am using cyclone pro from last two years it was working fine . i purchased the same cyclone pro last month this time name of cyclone was crux. now when i am trying to programme it . it is showing error $00000007

    • hi
after giving power supply (system power) and connecting jumper on 2 and 3 pin
and proper connection with micro controller showing same error :(

  • Greetings,

The name of the cyclone will not affect your project. It simply gives your cyclone a name to differentiate from other cyclones you may buy.

Error $0007 indicates problem communicating to the chip. Check your connection and power. If you switch between the 2 cyclones without any changes to setup, do you still see the error?

Next step is to debug your issue using the PROG software found in your cyclone software package. There is a PROG version for each chip architecture, so choose the one that works for your device. Try replicating the same steps as your standalone image and see if you can identify the error.

  • Greetings,

What are you seeing when you try using the PROG software?
