Cyclone MAX Communication Problem

  • Hello All,

    I'm using a Cyclone MAX with a firmware : V7.91-6.2.
    I'm using the last Cyclone Image Manager Utility version

    The cyclone MAX is detected by the software.
    But When I press the Open button, i have the error:

    Cyclone information could not be extracted.

    Why this error appeared ?
    I never see this problem.
    What is the solution in order to solve it ?

    • Hi Jerome,

      This problem is caused by software/firmware mismatch. Would you please download our latest released single file installation for Cyclone Max and update your Cyclone Max firmware? It should be 7.94. Please let me know if you still have any issues afterwards.
