usb multilink universal_reset

  • Good Morning,

I use the "usb multilink universal" for programming DSC Freescale MC56F8345 through PORT A-JTAG.

The MCU cannot enter background mode because the sequence reset is not completed.

The problem is related to the hardware that provides on reset pin a capacity of 1uF. While with a capacity of 330nF the initialization is successful.

Is there a way to overcome this problem without changing hardware?

    Thank you.
    Best regards.

  • Hi Luca,

Please install the latest PROGDSC version 6.19.00.00. It allows you to specify a reset delay.

  • Good Morning Mr.Juan,

thank you very much. With the last version and delay reset it's OK.

    Best Regards
