PROGDSC + USB-ML-UNIVERSAL MC56F84789 Flash programming error

  • I tried to use the application PROGDSC for flash memory programming for
    MC56F84789 DSC for production.
I tried with two different USB-ML-UNIVERSAL Rev.A but with both I get an error.
The S-record file was generated by CodeWarrior for MCUs v10.6 Build Id: 140329.
I suppose that the error is due to the fact that, in the S-Record file, the
location address of the data memory has an address greater than 0x02000000
(word address), recognized as invalid address from PROGDSC.
    The module used, is freescale_mc56f84789_1x16x144k_all.dsp.

How can I program these devices?
