    Usually your chip is soldered onto a board where there is a header. This header should be either a 20-pin, 20-pin mini, or 10-pin mini connection.

    The recommended connection is 20-pin mini if you wish to use JTAG or SWD. Or you can use the 10-pin mini for SWD.

  • Thanks for the reply but if I want to burn or flash the chip before putting into my customize board, for that is there any solution.

    Also, let me know for MK20DX256VLH7 what are the connections and how can I burn my hex code into fresh new chip.

    We specialize in in-circuit programming. What you could do is create a socket programming board where a socket can be used to load/eject your chip and have it connected correctly to our flash programming interfaces. You will need to do the research yourself of which sockets to purchase.

    You still need the header I mentioned earlier.
