  • Hello.

Due to an erroneous connection of the device with the prototype board, the device has been damaged. When the power to the device is connected, both LEDs, blue and orange lights, the software does not recognize, and the device is heated.

Someone can help me figure out which part of the circuit may be damaged ?.

    Thank You.

  • Greetings,

Please go to our support page and create a support request ticket. We highly suggest not to try fixing the multilink yourself for cases where the device is heating up. If there was a zenor diode that broke, or if an LED died, then those are easy fixes and we can suggest part numbers to get.

Please have your P&E account filled out with shipping and contact information to allow us to create a RMA ticket for you.
