  • Hi,

An on-board MC9S08JM60 based Open Source JTAG (OSJTAG) circuit provides a JTAG debug interface to the K60FN1M0. I have used USB cable to debug. Is there any need to program MC9S08JM60.I have installed the drivers and firmware update utility from and OSBDM virtual serial toolkit. But I am not able to debug K60FN1M0.Please help me.

  • Greetings,

I am sorry no one has answered your question on this forum topic. Do you still need assistance?

  • Hi Divya,

Which development IDE are you working with? What is the full name of the development board you are using?

Freescale tower boards that come with OSJTAG debug interface should have JM60 device preprogrammed with necessary firmware. There should not be any need to perform any additional programming of JM60 in order to get the OSJTAG interface to work.

    Best Regards,
