Error 126 while loading library : PEOSBDMV1.DLL

  • Hi.
    I use Win7, CW5.1(v5.9.0), P&E USB BDM Multilink, MCU MC9S12NE64.
    And simple C code generated dy wizard.

    When I click dedug, I get this:

    ...

    Error 126 while loading library : C:\Program Files (x86)\Freescale\CWS12v5.1\prog\PEOSBDMV1.DLL
    Error 126 while loading library : PEOSBDMV1.DLL
    Unable to load OSBDMDRIVER : PEOSBDMV1.DLL

    ...

    and futher this:

    ...

    FP: Call of a command not implemented!
    Please modify "flags" in FLASH_4000 module INFO applet.

    FP: Call of a command not implemented!
    Please modify "flags" in FLASH_C000 module INFO applet.

    FP: Call of a command not implemented!
    Please modify "flags" in ALL_PPAGES module INFO applet.

    FP: Call of a command not implemented!
    Please modify "flags" in FLAT8000_P3C module INFO applet.

    ... and so on with FLASH.

    Someone help?

    Sorry that no one has answered your question so far. I think I know the answer. The DLL is going to fail because it was built to work on 32-bit machines. I am assuming you are working on a Windows 7 64-bit machine, which is not supported by Codewarrior v5.1.

    But we do have an unofficial patch you can get from us to resolve this issue. Please create a support request ticket in our support page and I can give you the patch.
