  • Hello everybody;

    My computer lost a hard drive. After replacing the drive and all the software I normally use for program development I started up Winide from PKGHCS08 and using the included "CASMHCS08_pro.exe",

    loaded the *.asm file I was working on, into the editor

    punched [assemble] and got

    "ERROR 1 source file not found".

    After spending way too much time on this, I must ask;
    1) How do I fix this problem?
    2) Normally, how does the Editor tell the Assembler where to find the source file?

    HELP!
    Best regards, Bob

  • Hi Bob,
    Sounds strange. Have you created a project file?
