reset after programming

  • Hi,
I'm using CodeWarrior 10.4, PE multilink universal and Kinetis K10.
Problem: after programming the MCU over the JTAG interface, the MCU doesn't restart automatically. I have to turn off and on the power or pull down the reset line.
Question: is there a way that the PE multilink universal pulls down the reset line after programming is finished?

    • Hi Jorg,

The Codewarrior 10.4 debugger has a 'Go' button (the Green arrow) that will execute the code. Is there a reason why you can't use that?

We also sell a programming application called PROGACMP that has a similar capability if you don't want to use Codewarrior. You can create a programming script with a 'GO' command. This will not work if the device is secured.

      • Hi Johnny,
the 'run' command, that's it. Sorry, I'm new to CodeWarrior and I was not aware of this command in the middle of the debug commands (because in the end it's not debugging).
        Thanks for the hint.
