Algorithm
You can always download the latest Internal and External algorithms on our website by going to our Support page -> Flash Programming Algorithms, and selecting the "Download" link for the chip architecture you wish to get new algorithms. Use the "Flash List" link to see the entire list of algorithms with the current version and date.

GDB plugins
To get our latest ARM and Power GDB plugins you can go into the Eclipse IDE and .... 1) Go to Help Menu -> Install New Software... and click on "Available Software Sites" link. 2) If PEMicro plugin existed previously, then make sure to check the checkbox by PEMicro and Click the OK button. 3) Go back to Help Menu -> Check for Updates, and the IDE will automatically pull down the latest version from our updates website.

Cyclone utilities and PROG for Cyclone
All of our cyclone software is currently free to download. Use the links below to find the cyclone you currently have. This will update all of the utilities and software including algorithms, Image Creation Utility, CSAP, PROG for Cyclone, and our documentations.

PROG, ICD, PKG, UNIT software
If you have purchased our licensed software, your installation code is evidence of your entitlement to use our software and to receive any upgrades to which you may be entitled. You may need your installation code should you ever wish to re-install our software. Our license agreement is single-user, single-seat. Which means the license is tied to one person. So keep your installation code safe and do not share it. Sharing of installation codes can void your license and lose your entitlements.

One year of software update is included in the purchase price for new licenses. You are entitled to any software upgrades of the product you have a license that we might released within the year of purchase.

When the one year expires, your installation code will no longer work on new versions of software. If you purchase a new license within two years of your original software purchase from PEmicro's website, we will give you a 50% discount. Please indicate in the order notes for this discount and the invoice/order number of your original purchase. After two years, you will need to pay full price. Even if your license expires your current software will continue to work and you can continue to install existing versions of your software on new machines by using the same installation code.

To get the latest software, please submit a ticket at Support page -> Support requests and see if your license is still within the one year expiration date. Our technical support team will validate and send you a new software installer.
