With the release of Cyclone software v11.81 and PROGACMP software v10.13, PEmicro development and production programmers now support the Infineon MOTIX™ TLE994x and TLE995x devices. The TLE994x and TLE995x are single-chip motor-control SoCs for small and medium automotive motors. Each device integrates a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M23 core running at up to 40 MHz, 72 KB of flash with EEPROM emulation, and 6 KB of RAM, together with a LIN transceiver, bridge driver, and power supply in a TSDSO-32 package. The TLE994x devices provide a two-phase bridge driver for brushed DC motors, such as seat adjustment and power windows. The TLE995x devices provide a three-phase bridge driver for brushless DC motors, such as pumps and fans in thermal-management systems. Both families meet ISO 26262 requirements up to ASIL B and include Arm® TrustZone® for software isolation. The devices are qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 0 and Grade 1. New device support added for the following part numbers: TLE9944EQA40, TLE9944EQW40, TLE9954EQA40, TLE9954EQW40, TLE9954QSA40, TLE9954QSW40
