New device supports for STMicroelectronics®

With the release of Cyclone software v11.70 and PROG-HL-ARM software v10.00, the following support for STMicroelectronics has been added:

STM32WBA2x:

Arm® Cortex®-M33 core running at 64 MHz with 512 Kbytes of flash and 96 Kbytes of RAM. This family includes the security feature that is covered in the RDP regression blog post.
