PEmicro is proud to be a sponsor of NXP Connects in Silicon Valley, which takes place Tues., June 13 and Weds., June 14. NXP Connects is NXP's flagship training event that brings together many industry leaders in the embedded systems field. Attendees are encouraged to visit PEmicro's booth at E36 in the Tech Lab area to see Senior Design Engineer Takao Yamada demonstrate some of our latest features and technology. These demos will include: MCX N94x Debugging The Multilink FX debug probe will be set up to debug one of NXP's MCX N94x devices via the MCUXpresso IDE. The multicore design of the N94x delivers improved system performance and reduced power consumption by enabling smart, efficient distribution of workloads to the analog and digital peripherals. As an NXP Gold partner, PEmicro is proud to deliver timely support for NXP's pre-release MCUs. The Multilink debug probe is seamlessly integrated into MCUXpresso. Attendees can see how cloud Jobs are easily and securely transferred to Cyclones via the PEcloud platform, and watch the Cyclones operate within the programming restrictions created for them by the user. The PEcloud platform encompasses much more than we'll be able to show in this demo, so Takao will be happy to field questions about any other aspects of this new Cyclone smart manufacturing feature. Wi-Fi Capable Cyclones One or more of the Cyclone FX units that PEmicro will be using will demonstrate Wi-Fi capability in a stand-alone programming capacity. The Cyclone will be communicating not via Ethernet or USB or Serial interfaces, but via a built-in Wi-Fi module. Wi-Fi does not detract from the speeds needed for a robust stand-alone programming setup, and is a welcome convenience that contributes to a clean, clutter-free workspace.
