Cyclone FX Universal Now Supports Renesas Devices via Adapter
A Renesas adapter is now available that allows the Cyclone FX Universal production programmer to program all Renesas devices supported by PEmicro. Cyclone for Renesas users who wish to upgrade to the Cyclone FX Universal programmer may receive a discount by taking advantage of PEmicro's Cyclone trade-in program. To take advantage of all the advanced Cyclone Universal FX features, simply plug in the easy to use adapter. The bottom side of the Renesas adapter features 14-pin and 16-pin headers. These plug into PORT C and PORT E of the Cyclone FX programmer. The top side of the Renesas adapter features a 14-pin header which connects to the target device via ribbon cable.
