Eclipse plugin not updating

Hello

Eclipse has told me today that there is an update available to the plugin (v4.6.5) but when I try to perform the update the process times out.  The error shown by Eclipse is... 

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

Ignore the noise, it appears that the network traffic monitoring part of my anti-virus/endpoint software was getting in the way!
