PROGPPCZ: What Hardware Does It Support
. Dec 3, 2019 at 04:03 PM (16:03 hours)

  • The website lists Universal FX, Cyclone FX, etc.... but doesn't mention any of the older programmers. I have a USB PowerPC BDM Multilink that I would like to use with the latest version of PROGPPCZ on a Windows 10 operating system environment. Does the current version of PROPPCZ support that programmer, or do I have to purchase a Universal FX?

  • Hi,

PROGPPCZ for Windows 10 will support the USB-ML-PPCBDM Rev B. It will not work with the USB-ML-PPCBDM Rev A. You can see the revision on the back label.

If you need to get new hardware, I recommend the USB-ML-UNIVERSAL-FX or CYCLONE UNIVERSAL.

    • Thank you Johnny. I have the Rev B, so it looks like I'm good to go with just getting a new version of PROGPPCZ. Thank you again!
