Multilink Universal Rev. D, Connection Issue
Josep G. Feb 26, 2018 at 09:28 AM (09:28 hours)
Staff: Johnny N.

  • Hi,

    Recently we have bought the new Multilink (Rev. D). However, it is unable to detect it in windows 10, we do not have any problem with the Rev. C or older.
    Could you help us?

    Thanks,
    BR

  • Hi Josep,

    When the USB Multilink Rev D is connected to USB, do you see it appear in device manager?

    You should see

    Jungo -> pemicrowindrvr6
    Jungo -> USB Multilink 2.0

    Regards,
    Johnny

    • Hi Johnny,

      The USB Multilink appears in device manager.

      We see:
      Jungo -> USB Multilink 2.0
      Jungo -> pemicrowindrvr

      However, we can not see "Jungo -> pemicrowindrvr6".

      BR,
      Josep

      • Actually what you see is correct.

        It appears that Windows does detect the USB-ML-UNIVERSAL. Does the blue LED on it turn on? Does the yellow LED turn on when you connect it to the target board that is powered on?

        What software are you using with our multilink?

        Regards,
        Johnny

        • Hi Johnny,

          Both LEDs are turned on (Blue and Yellow). The Windows detects the USB-ML-UNIVERSAL, but sometimes it is hard to detect.
          The software that we use is progppcnexus.exe, we have purchased it few days ago.

          BR,
          Josep
