Problem with license transfer

  • Hi everyone,

    In 2015 we bought PROGCFZ with 3 installation licenses. At that time we installed the software in two PC.
    Recently we had the need to transfer one license on a new PC, so we uninstalled the software from one of the two PC and installed it on a third one.
    Now the last PC has to used in another department, so we uninstalled the software from the PC and installed it in a fourth one. But this time we receive a message that we reached the maximum number of activations.
    We verified the license details in the my account page and we discovered that we have non more left activations, because the two unistalled licenses seem to be occupied.

    How can we free the unistalled licenses?

    All license questions must be resolved in the support ticket. Go to Support page -> Support requests and create a ticket. There please detail the installation code, invoice number, or order number related to the problem. Do not detail this information here on the public forums.
