  • Hi,
What is the real difference between Tracelink and one of your other debuggers, eg cycone or multilink?

    Does tracelink support M0 devices?
is the any further movement on support for the STM32 devices?

    • Any answers yet?

  • Hello???????

  • Greetings,

I am sorry that no one has answered your question yet. I will do my best to answer it for you, though our products page do mention the differences for you.

The tracelink is used to do capture real-time trace for Freescale/NXP Kinetis devices using ETB protocol.

All other devices like multilink and cyclones will only do basic debugging like run, step, and breakpoint functions and will not give you real-time information like how many times a function or interrupt routine was called between the time you click run and the time you hit stop.
