Partial programming of external flash memory using Multilink Universal

  • Hi all,

I'm trying to program external Numonyx flash memory with Rev C Multilink Universal programming adapter and I get "Error during programming" message.
I can successfully connect to a target and erase it, however, during programming only a couple of hundred memory locations are written at the beginning of memory space (I compared written locations to the .s19 file in use and they match). I am using a correct algorithm for the flash memory, this exact same algorithm is used by product developer and he has no problems programming this memory.
What might be causing this partial write to the memory? Has anyone had similar experience?
    Will appreciate any suggestions.
    Thank you.
