SAMD21G18 once flashed, cannot program it again

  • Hi community!

We're at production phase, so we're programming devices with Cyclone FX.

    Scenario:

    Target: SAMD21G18
    Device: Cyclone FX

Issue: Once flashed, cannot flash it again. I have to use atprogram.exe from Atmel (now Microchip)in order to perform a full chiperase, in order to be able to program it with the Cyclone FX again.

Observations: This worked before, I was able to program it several timesin a row (with the proper care of course).

Already troubleshot with the info at this topic:

    http://www.pemicro.com/forums/forum.cfm?forum_topic_id=5667&forum_id=7#c14505

Does anyone have an idea of this?

    Thanks a lot!

    Yours sincerely:

    Jon M.

  • Hi Jon,

I am extremely sorry for the delay in response. Has this issue been resolved? I read through the previous forum post that you linked and saw that your issue with error 07 was resolved. Do you have an error code for this current issue shown on the Cyclone FX?

If there is any assistance that you need, please let me know.

    Best Regards,
    Gilbert Y.
