USB Multilink Universal FX - failed, won't connect to target. Repairable?

  • One of my developers dropped a USB Multilink Universal FX on my desk with a report that - while it's recognized by the OS and programming environment, it now fails to connect to the target device. Probably took a static hit.

Does PEMicro happen to have a repair estimate for these? We actually have 3 or 4 around the office that have crapped out and it's been more expedient just to drop $350 on a new one and get back on our feet.

  • Greetings,

Please go to Support page -> Support requests and create a request specifying which hardware and how many you have. We can then send you a quote. Also please complete your PEmicro profile with contact address and information so that we can create the proper channels to get your hardware fixed.

    • I will gather a list and submit the request. Thank you for the response.
