  • Dear Sirs:

    I am using Multilink FX and I can see data hexadecimal on the screen of my PC when reading a flash by using specific algorithm.

    But I can't save that data because I don't see any command or icon in the program to save it.

    Please; tell me how to save the dump what I see on the screen.

    Thanks in advanced.

    Truly yours;

    Rómulo Lizarraga

  • Greetings,

    Depends on what software you are using. If you are using PROG, you should see the "upload module" command to save the contents of flash into a s-record file.

    If you are using ICD software, you can use 2 commands to get dumped data. First use the LF command to open the logfile, use dump command to dump data, then LF command again to close the logfile.

    for example to dump memory from address 0x100 to 0x200...

    LF myfile.txt
    dump 100 200

    Then check myfile.txt to get the data.
