  • Does Universal Multilink Interface and Universal Multilink INterface Fx can be used for NXP processor MPC5777C controller.

    states it is only supported for Qorivva MPC55xx/56xx

    states it supports
    The USB Multilink Universal and Universal FX can communicate with Kinetis (including L-Series devices), MPC55xx/56xx/57xx
    & STMicroelectronics SPC5, ColdFire V1/V2/V3/V4, RS08, HCS08, HC(S)12(X), S12Z, DSC, MPC5xx/8xx (FX only) and
    HC16/683xx (FX only) microprocessors

    Can some one please clarify on this?

    The first document you posted is from year 2011 when the MPC57xx devices were not invented yet. The second document came out just as the MPC57xx were being introduced.

    As long as your software and firmware can support the MPC57xx devices then your multilink hardware can support it as well, including the MPC5777C.
