Cyclone Max: multiple images

  • Hello,

I have a question about storing multiple images with a batch file for cyclone max configuration
    Here my configuration:
    :DESCRIBEIMAGE Image one: CCP RC96

    CM C:\PEMicro\cyclone_max\supportFiles_Qorivva\Freescale_MPC5744P_1x32x616k_CFlash.PCP
    SS C:\Proto\Soft_iBSG\CycloneMax\X8578_05_00_00_RC96_HW_TEST_IBSG_PROFILE_CHANGAN.hex
    EM ;Erase if not Blank
    BM ;Blank check module
    PM ;Program Module
    VM ;Verify Module

    :DESCRIBEIMAGE Image two: IndusSW_01_04_00_RC02

    CM C:\PEMicro\cyclone_max\supportFiles_Qorivva\Freescale_MPC5744P_1x32x616k_CFlash.PCP
    SS C:\Proto\Soft_iBSG\PEL_Industrial_SW_01_04_00_RC02\X8578_PBL_04_02_00_RC01_CHANGAN.hex
    EM ;Erase Module
    BM ;Blank Check Module
    PM ;Program Module
    SS C:\Proto\Soft_iBSG\PEL_Industrial_SW_01_04_00_RC02\X8578_PEL_FLASH_01_04_00_RC02_NORMAL_IBSG_PROFILE_P2.hex
    PM ;Program Module
    VM ;Verify Module
    CM C:\PEMicro\cyclone_max\supportFiles_Qorivva\Freescale_MPC5744P_1x32x20k_DFlash_cut2.PCP
    SS C:\Proto\Soft_iBSG\PEL_Industrial_SW_01_04_00_RC02\NVM_APP_DATA_VALID_V01_04_00_RC01.hex
    EM ;Erase Module
    BM ;Blank Check Module
    PM ;Program Module
    VM ;Verify Module

When I execute the batch file, only the image two is storing.
why i don't have two images in the cyclone max?

    Best regards

  • Greetings,

The image creation utility will always replace the first image in the cyclone. So the last image you created will be left in your cyclone. What you should be doing is "store image to disk" on both images. Then use the image manager utility to store both images. More information can be found in the user manual.
