Feature in Cyclone pro to program a specific memory location?

  • Dear Support,

Could you please get back to me on any feature in Cyclone Pro to programmer a specific memory location? So this means can I create a script for the programmer itself to write a byte on a particular location?

    Thanks and Regards,

  • Dear Samyuktha,

In general this can be done using the Program Byte command in CPROG. The program byte command works by specifying the starting address, and then a list of bytes to be programmed from there. Do keep in mind that the byte must be blank for most MCUs to be programmed.

Please look at the CPROG documentation that comes with the Cyclone Pro software for more details on how to invoke a CPROG script.
