Error programming using CPROGPPCZ

  • Hello,

I am having some problems programming the MPC5553 mircocontroller using the CPROGPPCZ. The status window shows:

Programming Address $ Error - out of memory.
    . Error during programming.
    ERROR18 during script!

I read that this could be caused by licensing problems. I am using a license server and added the METROWRKS_LICENSE_FILE environmental variable and the Codewarrior IDE doesn't give me any problems. I installed CW and set the licensing up for another computer and it works without any problems.

My question is how can I check if the license is properly detected? and what other things may cause this issue?

    Thanks!

  • Jerry,

What version of code warrior are you using?

I believe the MPC5553 is a power pc device so you should be using cprogppcnexus
