Trying to use Multilink ACP with Kinetis Design Studio v3.0.0

  • Recently purchased ML ACP Rev A, but it does not show up in the debugger port selector when the debugger interface has been set to "USB Multilink, USB Multilink FX, ...".

Using Windows 7 and driver version 12.2.0.0, the device manager shows Jungo -> USB Multilink 2.0 without any error indicators. Using Microsoft's usbview tool, I can also see how the USB Multilink ACP enumerated with the PC. Here is the device descriptor portion:
    Device Descriptor:
    bcdUSB: 0x0200
    bDeviceClass: 0x00
    bDeviceSubClass: 0x00
    bDeviceProtocol: 0x00
    bMaxPacketSize0: 0x40 (64)
    idVendor: 0x1357
    idProduct: 0x0503
    bcdDevice: 0x0910
    iManufacturer: 0x01
    0x0409: "P&E Microcomputer Systems"
    iProduct: 0x02
    0x0409: "P&E USB MULTILINK"
    iSerialNumber: 0x03
    0x0409: "PEMADC1A9"
    bNumConfigurations: 0x01

In KDS 3.0.0, the debug configuration manager shows no valid ports when the PEmicro interface is set to "USB Multilink, USB Multilink FX, ...". I currently have version 2.7.3.201611182239 of the PEMicro Interface Debugging Support installed in KDS. What do I need to change to make KDS work with the Multilink ACP?
