Can't use miltlink nor opensda as debugger anymore

  • Time ago, P&E GDB server stops connecting to MCU targets. I can connect manually and also program with PROGACMP.

GDB hardware debugging Eclipse plugin says:
Error message from debugger back end:
    Load failed
    Load failed

P&E GDB Server for Kinetis says:
Attempted to connect target while target was not initialized.
    Disconnected from "127.0.0.1" via 127.0.0.1

I can't use PE Micro plugin for eclipse cause uses CDT 7.3 and I'm using CDT 9.0 but don't think that can solve the problem.

Any idea? Now I'm using a J-Link but to connect to Freedom boards I need to solder the JTAG connectors and I also want to get out of the drawer my Multilink. Now I only use it with PROGACMP.

  • What are the settings you are using to connect to the target? Make sure that your debug configuration settings match up with your PROGACMP settings.
