Multilink Universal Rev. C Failed to Program

    My new Multilink FX Rev. C Fails to Program

    Windows 7 -
    In Device manager: WinDriver 12.2 and USB 2.0 are showing in Jungo section all working correctly

    Using CWS 10.2 when trying to Flash new program a pop-up comes up
    Showing:

    1. Bootling multilink to original firmware.
    2. Success! Version is 14564
    3. Erasing MCU Firmware Update Block....
    4. Flash Erase Failed. Result = $8882 Firmware update failed. Retry?

    Tried to install permicro sw which comes which package - no success

    Please help

    You need to upgrade your Codewarrior to at least version 10.6 to have the rev C of the multilink universal to work properly.

    If you continue to have issues, then you need to install the resource CD that came with the multilink universal and use the firmware updater utility to update the firmware on your multilink to support the correct chip architecture.

    I will not able to update to 10.6 - it's an older proj..

    But suceeded with the ext tool
