I need the new version of progppcnexu software 5.37.
I have bought one in the Feb2015 which is 5.13.02.00 
How can I get a free upgrade?

You can request for new software upgrade if you are within a year of purchase. If within 2 years of purchase it is a 50% discount to upgrade. If you believe you deserve any discount, please go to Support Page -> Support requests and you need to detail the invoice number of which the software was purchased and in the installation code. Then we can use this information to determine if you are within the time frame of any discounts. Then we will electronically deliver your upgraded software.

For PPCNEXUS, there is a faster way of upgrading which is to download our 64K trial version of the software which is always the latest version. Then you can unlock the full version by putting in your full-access installation code you already have, instead of acquiring the trial version:
