USB-ML-PPCBDM is not found from CodeWarrior

  • USB-ML-PPCBDM connected with USB, no hardware connected
    CW for MPC55xx v2.10

Interface set in the Debugger is USB Multilink
    Port undetected

Does the CW check at this point, that it is a 5xx BDM instead a 55xx Nexus interface?

I think all the things from FAQ#29 was done.

    The Testtool means:
    detected) C:\windows\system32\drivers\windrvr6.sys (Version 11.07)
    (detected) C:\Windows\syswow64\peusbmgr.dll ()
    (detected) C:\Windows\syswow64\peusba05.dll ()
    (detected) C:\Windows\syswow64\peusba06.dll (Version 11.07)
    (detected) C:\Windows\syswow64\peusba07.dll (Version 11.01)
    (detected) C:\Windows\syswow64\peusba08.dll (Version 11.07)
    (detected) C:\Windows\syswow64\peusbb05.dll (Version 10.01)
    (detected) C:\Windows\syswow64\peusbb07.dll (Version 11.01)
    (detected) C:\Windows\syswow64\peusbb08.dll (Version 11.07)

Jungo with USB Multilink 2.0 and WinDriver is found.

  • Greetings,

This has to do with how you have the wrong hardware. Codewarrior will only want to detect hardware that works, and your multilink for PPCBDM is not going to work in software that supports PPCNEXUS.
