windows 7 and windows 8.1 conflict

  • Dear,

    I've been using your cyclone pro for a long time with windows XP and windows 7 without any problem. Last week I used in a windows 8.1 laptop without any problem at all. Now I want to work with my computer with windows 7 and the stand alone utilities does not recognize the cyclone. I re-installed the drivers and did not work.

    What can I do?

    When you go to device manager on the setup that is having issues, what do you see? If the drivers are installed correctly you should see Windriver and Cyclone/Tracelink under the Jungo tab.

    Also, out of curiosity, do you have any other peripherals attached via USB and are you connecting via a hub or directly to the tower?

    I go to the device manager and everything is OK, I just downloaded the new PE cyclone drivers from your web page and install them, seems that everything is working now. I do not know why windows did not recognise the cyclone. but now is working.
