  • hi,
help needed here. After i install the latest driver 11_1_1 from your site, i still not able to detect the device "USB multilink Interface" and error show as below. I am using window 7. Please help and advice

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

  • Can you please try restarting your computer, confirming that windows update has run recently, and then try and reinstall the drivers?

    Best Regards,

    Kevin

    • Hi Kevin,

Is that related to 32 bit or 64 bit window? I try on 32 bit and it working right which able to detect.

  • 64 bit should be working fine, can you please open a support request and mention my name (Kevin Meyer) in the support ticket? There a couple of files that I would like to see.

Once the issue is resolved, I will post the solution here for the public to see.

  • Alberto,

It is possible that you are having a drivers issue.

When you go to device manager do you see any entries under the Jungo tab?

    Best,

    Kevin

  • Hi Kevin,
    thanks for your reply.
I opened a new topic in this forum and with Johnny help I solved the issue.
The problem was solved by applying the Patch for "ColdFire 3rd Party Software" (https://www.pemicro.com/downloads/download_file.cfm?download_id=413) and by setting the internal adapter switch to the correct position.

Here follow the link to complete thread.

    Thanks,
    Alberto
