  • Hi,

I am using PowerPC MCP5668 prototyped on a HAPS 52 which uses virtex 5 FPGA. When I try to communicate with the core using PE micro USB multilink interface it flags an ERROR IN ONCE STATUS REGISTER while trying to write to the special purpose registers. It also shows the two cores Z6 and Z0 in reset mode. We have used both 1.21 and 1.25 version of the software. Also, checked pull-ups on the JTAG pins and they seem to be fine. The memory and the registers are not initialzed i.e. the reset script fails to write anything on the RAM. The reset script used is mcp5668_vle.mac.

Please find a snapshot of the codewarrior window attached.

Can anyone please suggest what the issue might be??

    Thanks.

So by changing the RAM address and flash setting ,did the error gone?
how did you solve this puzzle?
