  • Years ago we bought a couple of licenses for PROG32Z / UNIT32Z and most of the PCs we have installed the software are replaced in the meantime. As we now installed a PROGZ32 on a new PC we ran into the Problem of reached license limit. How could we free some licenses? Trying to create a support request failed because of expiration of Support period:

Is there an update for PROG32Z? Our version, 2.15.00.00, seems not to work stable under Windows7/64 on one of the remaining PCs where the license still is valid.

How can we buy/append further licenses for same products?

  • Greetings,

You can still create a support request ticket even if your support period ended. Please go to support page -> Support requests and create a ticket about your license. There you should mention your order/invoice information and/or your installation code. However do NOT put this information on your next reply on this public forum, unless you want people stealing your license.

Let us go to the PROG32Z website and find out if there is a newer version:

Yes, we are currently at version 5.74.00.00. You can take a look at our release notes for more information. However, if your license is expired that means your license will not work on the newest software. If you wish to get the newest version of software, then you will need to get a new license.

Our software upgrade policy is you get free updates within a year of purchase. Within 2 years you can get a 50% discount on upgrades. If you believe you are entitled to a discount, please put that information in your support ticket.

We do not do any trial software for most of our products, including PROG32Z.
