USB Multilink Rev D "WinDriver6 Device not started" error

I'm trying to use US ML Rev D for the first time. I installed the drivers from http://www.pemicro.com/downloads/download_file.cfm?download_id=346

However, I'm getting the following error :

Device ROOT\JUNGO\0000 had a problem starting.

Driver Name: oem123.inf
Class Guid: {c671678c-82c1-43f3-d700-0049433e9a4b}
Service: WinDriver6
Lower Filters: 
Upper Filters: 
Problem: 0x34
Problem Status: 0xC0000428


Any help how to fix this?

I'm using Windows 10 x64.
