  • Hi Tanmay,

What microprocessor are you working with?
What software development IDE are you using?
What operating system are you working under?

  • I am having the exact same issue, was working for weeks, and suddenly just stopped working, getting the same error message as Tanmay C.

    I am using:
    ARM micro.

  • I am using an

    1) ARM
    2) Kinetis Design Studio, Version: 3.2.0
    3) Windows 7

    Any help would be appreciated!
    Thanks
    Ken

  • I also have checked my Device Manager in Windows and see a

Jungo Connectivity -> USB Multilink 2.0

Windows says that the drivers are up to date?

  • I also can run the "Universal Multilink Update Architecture Selection Utility",
and it can successfully update the firmware for the Multilink

BTW, its a RX Rev C (PEMCBDA1E) (ARM Configuration)

It shows up in the 2) Select Device, correctly

And the Automatic Firmware Update says it succeeded, with firmware file
    usbmlfxufarmens.1029

  • Hi Ken,

Can you please download and run driver test utility to see if all PEmicro drivers are properly installed on your PC:

    http://www.pemicro.com/support/download_processor.cfm?type=5

It would also be ideal to uninstall all of your PEmicro drivers, reboot your PC and install the latest drivers v12.7

  • I will try the un-install, reboot, and re-install soon

  • Sounds good.

Ken, can you please please double check the version of PEmicro plugin that you have installed under the KDS?

Please go to debug configuration, after re-installing the drivers. Does the Multilink interface shows up over there?

    Best Regards,
    Zahar

  • Hi, the re-install did the trick. I am now up and running again.

    Thanks
